A number of years ago, a pastor reached out to me for an astrology session.
He had to schedule the session when his wife was out of the house for the afternoon, obviously needing privacy for our conversation. He was exploring a pattern in his life that had eventually led him to astrology: every 7 years, he was required to grow through a challenge of some kind.
In the world of cosmic timing, we know this to be a transiting Saturn cycle as the ringed planet brings clear reality checks into our world every 7 years.
I was able to affirm his recognition of this pattern, as well as validate a number of other developments unfolding in his life at the time.
Unexpected connections like this one continue to validate the wide awakening we are undergoing. And it's only going to accelerate through the rest of this decade as we become more energetically intelligent and tuned in to how the cosmos is changing our planet forever.
I had the pleasure of discussing this anecdotal story, and many more, with Alex Ferrari, host of Next Level Soul, as we move through the massive astrology of our times.
We touched on the big financial crisis and environmental impacts that are coming up from 2028 to 2029 as Saturn and Chiron both enter Taurus, and will make squares to Pluto in Aquarius.
What are the costs of materialism, consumerism, and how modern life has affected our planet?
What is the value of physical goods versus digital conveniences?
What is essential for living a good life in our evolving online lives?
Alex and I also discussed the evolution of human consciousness, including the fast changing world of jobs, why AI can be a beautiful opportunity, and the potential for humanity to break free from cyclical patterns of growth and decline.
The jobs and professions we thought were untouchable - doctors, lawyers, accountants, government positions - are being deeply affected by the new technologies and changing drastically.
What is the role of humans on this planet if we're no longer working in a 9 to 5 job?
How can we continue to be purposeful and useful as our lifestyles change?
What we do continue to create and contribute that matters?
The more aware we are of these themes, the more we can approach the challenges and changes with greater intelligence and intention.
I could have talked to Alex for hours as he is so knowledgeable, insightful and personable. I hope this conversation benefits you and resonates with what you may be moving through at this time, too!
